Searching for the non-mosquito bugs proved to be very entertaining for the girls. Ayva and Hannah were dipping their nets in the pond water & scooping away all the algae to see what kind of bugs they could find. Interestingly- the bigger the better seemed to be the goal! The girls were also very keen on sneaking food out of the bird feeders to feed the squirrels. They tried to sit quietly to see if he would come any closer. This is much easier when you are nine than three.
